Job Description

Identify new requirements and opportunities for online banking for retail customers; build strategies around the same, gather program requirements, create requirements document and launch campaigns; analyze, iterate and optimize results
  • Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights
  • Conduct competitive analysis, develop Business Scope, Requirements and ROI
  • Lead, create and launch market-leading product offerings in partnership with business, marketing, user experience and support
  • Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations
  • Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release
  • Develop Business Plans for products; Partners with marketing teams to create programs that increase market share, retention and profits
  • Work with internal /external Digital Design team to create User Experience Scenarios (mock-ups) for products
  • Develop and present business cases to senior management for investment
  • Work with Systems Vendors, IT, Retail Branches, Marketing and the Customer Service Center to insure proper delivery
  • Collaborate with business counterparts to develop creatives, improve analytics processes, close business deals and ensure proper technical integration
  • Measure and analyze all programs to incorporate key learning’s into future iterations to further drive growth and retention
  • Help drive adoption and use by developing digital marketing campaigns in partnership with marketing team
  • Maintain information on service performance and application metrics, for analysis and reporting to management
  • Support the risk management efforts of the Bank; including recommendations on tools and resources to help monitor and mitigate risk to the Bank
Managing Shopping / External Payment Interface Transactions
  • Manage Net Banking transactions via Payment Gateway; including onboarding payment aggregators, coordinate with technical team to facilitate integration between bank systems and payment aggregators and coordinate for production support. Ensuring smooth functioning of operations activity including reconciliation, Billing and customer support. Overall ensure customer receives uninterrupted service while using YES BANK net banking on Payment Gateway.
Managing Bill Payment Module for Digital Channels
  • Manage Bill Payment Product, Including Compliance to BBPS regulations, RBI Regulations on payment mode, Liaison Bill payment service provider and bank technical team for new requirements. Ensuring operation activity including Payment settlements, Billing is as per the set process. Handle customer escalations along with operations team and Bill payment service provider. Ensure customer receives smooth Bill payment service across Yes Bank Channel
