Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep experience in digital lending to own and scale our lending stack. The candidate will be responsible for identifying gaps, integrating new lending partners (NBFCs, Banks), managing existing relationships, and continuously improving borrower journeys across underwriting, disbursement, and repayment. Key Responsibilities (includes but not limited to) • Own the end-to-end lending product lifecycle – from lender onboarding to disbursement and repayments. • Work closely with lenders to assess requirements and lead technical scoping for integrations (LOS, LMS, APIs). • Manage compliance with RBI's digital lending guidelines (DLG), privacy laws, and KYC norms. • Collaborate with design, engineering, and legal to improve borrower experience, fraud prevention, and product performance. • Build scalable and configurable frameworks for onboarding multiple lenders. • Create dashboards for performance tracking, risk metrics, and SLA monitoring. • Monitor funnel health and drive product experimentation (e.g. eligibility journey, loan offers, NACH setup, etc.). Requirements • 5–6 years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in digital lending • Strong understanding of credit/lending products, DLG guidelines, and NBFC/Banks operational models. • Proven track record of managing partner integrations, APIs (REST), LOS/LMS, bureau calls, and risk modules. • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
