Experience

4+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related field, specifically with enterprise datacenter products, along with a total of 12+ years of overall work experience.
Must have a strong familiarity with the infrastructure ecosystem, including enterprise storage and virtualised environments like VMware ESXi, VMware VCF, KVM, AWS EC2, or Azure.
Have a proven track record of managing and delivering enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on detail and aligning them to improve customer operational efficiency.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, prioritization, and conflict management.
Ability to analyze technical challenges and develop effective solutions
Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated focus on outcomes and delivery rather than outputs.
Empathy and understanding towards engineers and team members to foster a collaborative environment.
