Roles & Responsibility Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for design systems and architectures supporting learning, enablement, process automation, and analytics Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with learning teams to translate user needs and business requirements into actionable product improvements and scalable solutions. Roadmap Management : Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility. Proof of Concept Development: Create initial technical solutions or proofs of concept to validate feasibility and effectiveness before full-scale implementation Project Management: Create detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Oversee the implementation and management of learning technology projects and programs within the organization Design and Implement Automation Workflows: Plan and conceptualize automation workflows. Build, test, and deploy integrations between business applications via APIs. Leverage triggers, actions, and authentication schemes to create seamless data transfers. Collaboration and Support: Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements. Provide technical support and documentation for implemented workflows. Train end-users on new automation solutions as needed. Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platforms, B2B, or SaaS products. Strong technical background with experience working closely with engineering teams Proven ability to manage complex products and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile product development methodologies. Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar for API testing and documentation.
