Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing Parts team in Bangalore, focused on building integration capabilities that power high-performance parts operations across the automotive ecosystem. This includes integrating with OEM systems, third-party vendor and parts content/catalog providers, and enabling digital ecommerce workflows. This is a technical product role, ideal for someone with experience in B2B SaaS, a strong grasp of integration technologies (APIs (REST, Web services SOAP, EDI, webhooks), and familiarity with supply chain or inventory management domains. The right candidate has a curious and growth-oriented mindset, is customer-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where technical depth and execution discipline are equally important. Key Responsibilities Define and prioritize product requirements for parts-related integrations with OEMs, 3P systems, and eCommerce partners. Partner with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and reusable API-based solutions and integration patterns. Understand external partner systems, industry standards, and data exchange formats to define reliable and scalable integrations. Work closely with global product managers, platform teams, implementation teams, and dealership users to identify integration gaps and pain points. Document use cases, map data workflows, and translate business requirements into clear, technical product specifications. Conduct API benchmarking and drive best practices around API governance, versioning, security, and error handling. Collaborate with partner teams to onboard and certify integrations, ensuring interoperability and system resilience. Stay current on trends in automotive software, integration technologies, and supply chain automation. Skills and Experience You have 2-4 years of experience in product management or technical product roles within B2B SaaS , ideally in the supply chain, inventory, or logistics domains. You are proficient in integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, webhooks, message queues, and/or EDI. You understand industry data standards (eg, STAR, JSON, XML), and have worked on platforms with external system integrations. you're comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders , with strong analytical and communication skills. You have a learning mindset , naturally curious about systems, data flows, and how to improve them. You bring a customer-centric approach to problem solving, and are energized by building solutions that simplify complex dealer workflows. Bonus points for exposure to automotive dealership management systems, OEM integration layers, or automotive eCommerce platforms.
