As a Product Manager at Tekion in the Finance & Insurance (F&I) Product Team, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable and impactful solutions tailored to the evolving needs of automotive dealerships. If you excel in a fast-paced SaaS environment, are motivated by customer insights, and have a passion for crafting user-centric products, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Product Leadership:** Take ownership of the end-to-end development of new features within the F&I Document Management module, starting from discovery to launch and subsequent iterations. - **Roadmap Collaboration:** Collaborate with senior product leaders to define product strategy, create the roadmap, and translate customer pain points into actionable requirements and user stories. - **Voice of the Customer:** Conduct user research and discovery sessions with dealership stakeholders, field teams, and implementation experts to identify gaps and explore innovation opportunities. - **Data-Driven Prioritization:** Utilize analytics to establish success metrics, prioritize enhancements, and make data-informed decisions that lead to measurable business outcomes. - **Cross-Functional Execution:** Work closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases. - **User Experience:** Advocate for intuitive and scalable experiences that cater to real-world dealership workflows, including high-volume B2B transactions and multi-location inventory management. - **Clear Communication:** Promote transparency and responsiveness in partner interactions, assist implementation teams, and address customer escalations with clarity and urgency. - **API Enablement:** Contribute to API design and documentation to extend F&I features to the Automotive Partner Cloud (APC), facilitating integration with third-party partners. **Qualifications:** - 2-4 years of experience in product management, program management, business analysis, or implementation for B2B SaaS products. - Ability to grasp complex products and customer needs rapidly, particularly in dynamic, high-growth settings. - Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge technical and business perspectives. - Results-driven, collaborative, and driven by curiosity to understand the underlying reasons behind user problems and business requirements. - Bonus: Experience with automotive dealership systems, ERP platforms, or document management solutions would be advantageous.
