Product Manager I

As a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager with 5+ years of experience, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the product roadmap for backend services and cloud infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include: - Translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements. - Owning and managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Collaborating with Java Spring Boot developers, AWS architects, and DevOps teams. - Leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Ensuring cloud-native best practices are followed in AWS deployments and architecture. - Monitoring product performance and user feedback to guide iterative improvements. - Serving as the primary point of contact for product decisions and prioritization. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong understanding of Java Spring Boot architecture and microservices. - Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.). - Proven ability to work with cross-functional Agile teams. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. - Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git.
