About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who knows how to turn a CRM from “just another tool” into a central hub that customers love using. You’ll lead AI initiatives that improve how our users interact with the platform—enhancing communication channels, optimizing outreach, and elevating the overall hub experience. This isn’t just about pushing features; it’s about creating a connected, intuitive, and valuable environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for CRM and related customer-facing products—from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, usage patterns, and pain points to shape the product roadmap.
• Design and deliver improvements to communication tools, outreach workflows, and the customer hub experience.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and data teams to ensure that product decisions are informed by user insights and driven by measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align CRM functionality with business growth and engagement goals.
• Define success metrics, track product performance, and adjust priorities based on data and feedback.
• Stay informed on CRM trends, integrations, and customer engagement best practices to keep our platform ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on CRM or customer-facing products.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling features that improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of communication and outreach tools within CRM ecosystems (email, notifications, chat, in-app messaging, etc.).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can align stakeholders and inspire teams around a shared vision.
