Senior Product Manager

About the Role

INDmoney is building a global cross border payments solution with the aim to revolutionize how individuals and businesses move money globally. You will be the founding product owner responsible for shaping the vision, building the ecosystem, and executing at pace in an evolving, high-stakes regulatory environment.

This role combines entrepreneurial ownership with the discipline of execution. You’ll work at the intersection of global payments, banking partnerships, regulatory frameworks, product innovation, and operational excellence. Success will require deep research, sharp strategy, structured thinking, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a bold vision.

We’re hiring for a Senior Product Manager for global cross border payments with an end to end charter of launching the payments & remittances platform that serves business merchants and customers across the world.

Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Product Roadmap

• Full Business Ownership: Define long-term strategy, and product vision for cross-border money movement.
• Conduct deep market, competitive, and regulatory research to identify opportunities and shape differentiated offerings.
• Build and continuously refine a multi-year product roadmap aligned with company objectives, balancing innovation, compliance, and speed-to-market.
• Develop a clear GTM strategy—including pricing, distribution, and market positioning—while keeping a close eye on execution metrics.
• Influence and align senior leadership and cross-functional teams around business priorities.

2. Product & Solution Design

• Drive the entire product lifecycle—from ideation, research, and prototyping to launch, feedback, and scaling.
• Translate complex regulatory and technical capabilities into simple, compelling value propositions that users immediately understand.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering and design to deliver industry-first, scalable, and compliant solutions that set benchmarks in the remittance space.
• Validate solutions through data-backed hypotheses and rapid experimentation.

3. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with banks, fintechs and payment networks—both domestic and international.
• Build a robust partner ecosystem to enable faster, safer, and more convenient remittances, including innovative integrations like real-time settlements.
• Establish strong working relationships with external stakeholders while managing complex, multi-party negotiations.

4. Operational Enablement & Scale

• Design bulletproof operational processes covering reconciliations, settlements, disputes, fraud prevention, and customer support workflows.
• Partner with finance and treasury teams to manage multi-currency flows, FX risk, and liquidity planning.
• Put in place robust performance tracking, risk management, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

What We’re Looking For

1. Unmatched Drive & Proven Pedigree

• Education: IIT or top-tier MBA
• Experience: 2+ years in strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or founder's office roles in high-growth startups (ideally in fintech) with 4+ years overall experience
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling businesses from zero to significant market presence.

• Thrives in ambiguity—comfortable making high-stakes decisions with incomplete data.
• Legendary attention to detail—able to spot flaws in a spreadsheet model, a regulatory filing, or a product flow.

• Balances multiple complex priorities without compromising quality.
