What Would You Be Doing?

Leadership & Roadmap Ownership

• Own and optimize the new user journey: from install to tutorial completion to core loop exposure.
• Lead cross-functional pods across game design, engineering, art, data, and marketing to ship high-impact features..
• Mentor and guide 2–3 junior team members to help them grow and deliver results.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Conduct deep analysis of player behavior and game performance to impact core KPIs (retention, LTV, engagement, funnel conversion).
• Use SQL, R/Python (optional) to decode patterns and generate actionable insights.
• Plan and interpret A/B tests, experiments, and new feature impact analysis to guide decisions.

Gameplay & Feature Development

• Define, design, and manage features that make the game fun, sticky, and habit-forming.
• Develop features that optimize onboarding, progression loops, and player engagement.
• Conduct competitor research and benchmark against global games to inform product direction.

Product Innovation & Game Economy

• Collaborate closely with UA, marketing, and data science to align creative messaging with in-game experience.
• Identify, test, and iterate on ideas that drive retention, monetization, and user conversion.
• Define requirements for notifications, analytics, player segmentation, and engagement tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience with atleast 3-4yrs of experience as a PM in mobile gaming or consumer tech.
• Proven success in building and scaling gaming or consumer tech products with a significant user base.
• Deep understanding of user behavior, conversion funnels, retention loops, and game systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data tools and dashboards.
• Ability to drive execution while balancing short-term results and long-term product vision.
• Experience managing a small team and working cross-functionally in high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a player-first mindset.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have Prior experience in a free-to-play mobile game environment.
• Are a Mobile Gamer
• Have Experience collaborating closely with Growth teams on user acquisition and lifecycle strategies.
