If you're someone who’s constantly thinking in cuts, transitions, hooks, and sound design — this one’s for you! Your job? Make videos that stop the scroll. You’ll be creating high performing creatives for ads to thumb-stopping reels, and helping shape the visual identity of India’s #1 cricket game. Your videos will power our Growth team’s campaigns and shape our presence across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms. This is a high-impact role where creativity meets performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and edit high-quality, performance-driven videos for Growth Ads, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Collaborate with the Growth & Content teams to bring ideas to life in bold, creative ways
  • Cut, crop, zoom, zoom out, animate, add SFX – whatever it takes to get eyeballs
  • Be part of the creative process: storyboarding, shot selection, music sync, transitions, and beyond
  • Keep pace with trends, formats, and content styles that click with Gen-Z and gamers
  • Own the end-to-end editing process — from raw footage to final exports
  • Work with fast turnarounds and experiment with formats that connect with our audience


Must-Have Skills:

  • Solid editing skills using

    Premiere Pro, After Effects

    , and

    CapCut

  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics, pacing, sound design, and storytelling
  • Hands-on experience with YouTube video editing (thumbnails, intros, hooks = bonus!)
  • Ability to juggle multiple edits and meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • A creative mindset + willingness to go the extra mile to make your videos pop


Bonus Points If You Also:

  • You’ve created content for gaming brands, influencers, or streaming platforms
  • You have a YouTube channel or personal portfolio of creative work
  • You're the person who says “Wait, I’ve got a cooler transition for that!”
  • Brownie points if you are familiar with

    OBS, mic setups, and lighting

    for live streams.
  • Have a portfolio that includes both polished edits and fun, scrappy content
