Job Title: Senior Product Manager


Job Summary :

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of products from concept to launch. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the technical aspects of product development. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure product success.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Strategy and Vision :

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new product features or products.
  • Establish clear product goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.


Product Development :

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.


Stakeholder Management :

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide regular updates on product progress and metrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams on product-related matters.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and analyzing feedback to inform product decisions.


Go-to-Market and Product Launch :

  • Develop go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
  • Lead product launches and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and customer adoption to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market conditions to continuously improve products.
  • Proactively identify product gaps and opportunities for innovation.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to improve user experience and product usability.


Qualifications :


Education:


Experience :

  • 5–10 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years in Product Management. A background in Software Engineering is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and leading cross-functional teams.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
  • Technical acumen to understand and communicate with engineering teams.


Preferred Skills :

  • Experience of scaling a product 0-1 in early stage startups ( Pre Series A, Series A, Series B )
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Experience in B2B or B2C product management.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.


Working Conditions:

  • This position is office-based from Bangalore Location ( HSR Layout ).
