Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to craft intuitive and engaging experiences across our web and mobile interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define end-to-end user experience strategies.

• Lead the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that meet user needs and business goals.

• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine the user experience.

• Translate complex business and technical requirements into user-centered design solutions that improve 

usability and engagement.

• Contribute to and maintain a scalable, consistent design system across all products and platforms.

• Stay informed about current UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies and apply best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of proven experience in Product design, with a strong portfolio of impactful web and mobile product designs.

• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and other design/prototyping tools.

• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform usability.

• Experience working in agile product development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing B2B SaaS platforms or logistics-tech products.

• Proficiency in user journey mapping, persona development, and usability heuristics.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
