Senior Product Designer

We are currently seeking a Product / Sr. Product Designer to join our team at Gameskraft. With a primary focus on card games and plans to expand our portfolio, we are keen on identifying the right opportunities within the ecosystem. Our business and product design approach revolves around three guiding principles: putting players first to build trust and connection, addressing their real problems to drive retention, and creating delightful designs that offer a highly engaging experience for our audience. As the Product / Sr. Product Designer, your responsibilities will include interacting with users regularly, gaining a deep understanding of user behavior and needs, and defining our design ambitions and standards. You will be instrumental in evolving design principles to align with global trends, integrating the best design practices across various domains, and developing visual design systems and pattern libraries. Your role will involve owning the user experience design for critical journeys on our app/web and beyond, creating simple, effective, and memorable user interfaces, and contributing to the development of our visual language. We anticipate that you will bring the following qualifications and skills to our team: a comprehensive work portfolio showcasing your UX and visual design expertise, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or equivalent professional experience, 4-7 years of experience in UX/UI design, proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite, and fluency in best design practices and design systems across various platforms.
