They will be responsible for defining and evolving design standards in alignment with global technology trends, incorporating design principles across material design, interaction design, and communication. The Product / Sr. Product Designer will strategize, develop, and enhance visual design systems, ensuring user interfaces are simple, effective, and memorable. Key responsibilities include owning the design of user experience for critical app/web journeys, collaborating with freelancers, interns, and partners, and measuring the impact of design efforts to drive continuous improvement. The candidate will also co-own critical customer and product metrics with product owners, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and ownership. The ideal candidate is expected to have a robust portfolio showcasing extensive experience in UX and visual design, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, industrial design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience. With 4-7 years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, information architecture, or related roles, proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential.
