Role Overview

As a Designer at CYGNVS, you will be responsible for delivering world-class user experiences across our mobile applications. You will work closely with the mobile product team in Chennai and collaborate with other stakeholders, globally. Our mobile applications are at the core of our business strategy, making this role critical to ensuring our users have intuitive, efficient, and engaging experience. Your contributions will have a visible and meaningful impact on both our users and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end user experience for mobile applications, including user interactions, UI flows, information architecture, and visual design.
• Lead discovery activities and conduct user research studies to inform product direction and design decisions.
• Collaborate with global mobile and web development teams to deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs with clear documentation and design specifications.
• Support development teams by addressing design-related queries and incorporating their feedback into design iterations.
• Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Utilize and contribute to Design Systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and design efficiency across platforms.
• Leverage data, usability testing, and analytics to evaluate and iterate on design solutions.

Skills & Competencies

• 12+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams around a unified design vision.
• Strong knowledge of Design Systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across mobile and web platforms.
• Expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of front-end development processes (basic HTML, CSS, or React Native knowledge is a plus).
