What are we looking for? - Senior Principal/ Associate Partner

• We are seeking dynamic, self-driven leaders with deep expertise in Governance & Program Leadership (Life Sciences Consulting) for large-scale enterprises and digital transformations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to define, institutionalize and lead enterprise governance , portfolio reporting and value realization frameworks for large scale digital transformations across global Life Sciences clients

This role requires strategic thinking, deep advisory capability and proven expertise in driving transparency, execution excellence and measurable business outcomes across complex program landscapes. This role will work closely with C-suite stakeholders to create governance architectures, steer multi tower delivery and lead value assurance programs that ensure initiatives deliver tangible impact aligned to enterprise priorities

What do we require?

Domain Specific skills

• Enterprise Governance Leadership:

1. Define, set up, and implement multi layered governance models (SteerCo, OpCo , Delivery Governance, Risk and Compliance) for large programs across multiple stakeholders.
2. Establish enterprise-level governance frameworks aligned with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
3. Partner with client executives to run SteerCo structures, ensuring strategic issues, risks and decisions are surfaced and resolved

• Enterprise Reporting and Transparency

1. Build and lead the enterprise reporting office, creating a single view of program performance across budget, timeline, risk, value adoption and operational metrics
2. Implement standardized executive dashboards, KPIs and reporting cadences – leveraging automated tools and data driven insights
3. Drive predictive analytics and insights to forecast slippage, emerging risks and opportunity areas

• Value Strategy and Value Realization

1. Define the enterprise value realization framework from value hypothesis → measurement →tracking → benefits capture
2. Partner with business and functional leaders to define measurable business outcomes across the LS domains
3. Track and communicate value delivered providing evidence-based business outcomes for future investments
4. Establish processes to ensure value sustains post implementation including KPIs, adoption metrics, performance guardrails and accountability mechanisms

• Program and Portfolio Assurance

1. Lead periodic health checks, audits, readiness reviews and stage gates to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and compliance standards
2. Define quality standards, delivery controls and enterprise level risk management approaches across all programs
3. Provide an independent view on program feasibility, risk and expected value – acting as a trusted escalation point for senior leadership

• Stakeholder and C-suite Engagement:

1. Advice CXOs on governance maturity, transformation risk and value frameworks
2. Facilitate executive workshops on strategic alignment, prioritization and investment governance
3. Serve as a senior client partner providing strategic guidance, portfolio level decision making and proactive issue resolution

• Practice Development and Thought Leadership

1. Build and scale Infosys consulting’s governance and Value realization capability – frameworks, accelerators, playbooks and tools
2. Mentor teams across geographies and strengthen delivery excellence through training and certifications

General skills

• Overall experience of 15+ years, with top-tier consulting post MBA

• Proven track record in leading governance programs for global digital transformation programs , reporting and value realization portfolios for large scale transformation programs($50M+)

• Experience influencing and partnering with C suite executives and steering global portfolios

• Expertise in governance design, portfolio oversight, PMO transformation and executive reporting

• Excellent communication, executive presence and strategic problem solving

What will you do?

You will:

• Design and institutionalize enterprise governance frameworks that align transformation initiatives with corporate strategy, risk posture and regulatory expectations

• Set up and lead the enterprise governance office ensuring consistent decision rights, escalation paths and operating rhythms across multi tower programs

• Drive executive level reporting and transparency creating single source dashboards and date backed insights for SteerCo and C suite stakeholders

• Build and scale governance and VRM capabilities within Infosys Consulting through frameworks, playbooks, accelerators and best practices

• Orchestrate multi-vendor, multi region governance driving alignment across business, technology, operations and delivery partners

• Provide independent assurance on program health, cost to value alignment and realization of promised benefits

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field

• Exposure to regulated environments, compliance frameworks and Gxp controls

• Experience delivering large programs with hybrid (onsite/offshore) delivery models

• Experience implementing digital tools for governance, reporting and value tracking (Clarity , Jira Align , PowerBI, Tableau)
