JOB SUMMARY:

This role will have responsibilities for driving Strategic Initiatives for maximizing revenue through Portfolio actions on the Personal Banking customer base of IndusInd Bank.

This will include successful customer on-boarding, Activation, customer life cycle management, Retention and Attrition management, Deposits build up, Product Holding increase and overall Liabilities Book growth programs via D2E2C and D2C campaigns.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Develop Portfolio Strategy to increase retail deposits and profitability of the portfolio relevant to the demographic and behavior profiles of various portfolio segments. This will include seasonal and perennial initiatives- ideate and conceptualize such programs in conjunction with analytics and compute the financial feasibility and profitability.
• Analyze and segment the portfolio trends to come up with portfolio strategies on driving overall liabilities book growth, and guide the front end teams to achieve the growth targets.
• Create Annual, Quarterly and Monthly plans for various channels and segments
• Run Customer facing campaigns and communication to meet annual targets for customer activation, engagement, deposits growth, cross sell and retention.
• Also look at portfolio and account usage trends to see if there is any revenue leakage or scope for revenue optimization, and run campaigns/corrective actions like Winback, account upgrade, cross sell of sticky products etc
• Liaising with marketing team to develop effective communication and collateral's regarding the Portfolio Management initiatives and ensure that deadlines are adhered to, and interacting with the campaign management teams to deliver the campaigns.
• Develop portfolio programs, process documents and detailed project.
• Vendor and third party relationship management
• Ensuring the legal, compliance and risk guidelines are adhered to, and obtaining sign offs from these departments for the above initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Understanding of Customer segmentation to identify the right target segments and drivers of profitability
• Excellent analytical skills and hands-on number crunching ability to be able to spot portfolio trends, compute program dynamics etc.
• Interpersonal & communication skills required for implementation of various initiatives through internal cross functional support and for the management of team members.
• Master's Degree holder in Marketing / Management /Business Administration /Statistics/ or Economics with minimum 5 years of work experience
• Hands on Experience of working on Data directly will be desirable, need to be able to generate actionable insights and present them to senior management along with a plan of action
• Prior Knowledge of SQL queries and databases is a plus
