Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies in the real estate market. - Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships. - Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and pricing strategies. - Analyze property valuations, financials, and commercial leases to assist clients in decision-making. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for business development. - Ensure accurate data management related to property listings, client inquiries, and transactions. - Negotiate deals and maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels. - Attend networking events and industry conferences to enhance brand awareness and client base. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Previous experience in sales, business development, or real estate consulting is advantageous. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
