The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing them into long-term business partnerships. Market research is crucial to stay abreast of real estate trends and pricing strategies. Analyzing property valuations, financials, and commercial leases to guide clients in making well-informed decisions is a key aspect of the position. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders like asset managers, developers, and investors is essential. Accurate data management pertaining to property listings, client inquiries, and transactions is also part of the role. Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction is paramount.
