Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager at Conquer Planetario Real Estate Channel Partner, your role will involve leading and managing a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will drive client acquisition strategies through site visits, meetings, and digital platforms. Additionally, you will identify prospective investors and guide them on suitable investment options in premium real estate markets such as Dubai and India. Maintaining strong relationships with developers, clients, and internal teams will be crucial. Regularly training and mentoring the sales team for high performance, analyzing market trends, and developing effective sales strategies are key responsibilities. You will also be expected to conduct and participate in property exhibitions, webinars, and client presentations, ensuring high standards of customer service and post-sale engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of sales executives - Drive client acquisition strategies - Identify prospective investors and guide them on suitable investment options - Maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and internal teams - Regularly train and mentor the sales team - Analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies - Conduct and participate in property exhibitions, webinars, and client presentations - Ensure high standards of customer service and post-sale engagement Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the real estate sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role - Strong understanding of off-plan, luxury, or international real estate projects - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to lead by example and deliver under pressure - Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital outreach - Self-motivated, dynamic, and target-driven In addition to the above, Conquer Planetario Real Estate Channel Partner offers an attractive fixed salary based on experience, high incentives, and on-time commission.
