Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Senio r Performance Marketing Manage r to lead our paid marketing efforts. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital ad campaigns—across Quick Commerce, Amazon, Meta and Google. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly drive Eat Better Co.’s growth . • Reporting to Found er• Above average salary and ESOP 's• Work from office role in Jaip ur Campaign Manage ment Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaig ns on • Quick Commerce Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart & Big Basket• Ama zon Ad s• Meta• Google• Oversee campaign setup, audience segmentation, creative coordination, bid strategies, and day-to-day perfo rmance. You will be managing a monthly budget of over Rs 50 lacs. Hence, we require only experienced can didates. Performance Analysis & Opt imization • Deep-dive into campaign analytics to extract insights, trends, and actionable recomm endations.• Run A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve campaig n results.• Report on channel performance, including metrics like CPA, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and share learnings & implement recommendations for opt imization. Required Skills & ; Experience • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (preferably with D2C, FMCG, or e-commerce brands). Agency background is als o acceptable. • Demonstrated success running, scaling, and optimizing campaigns on Amazon Ads, Meta, Google, and Quick Comme rce platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data in Excel, Google Analytics, and ad platf orm dashboards. • Solid understanding of attribution, performance metrics, funnel optimization, and audien ce segmentation. • Experience managing substantial ad budgets and hitting aggressive ROI/ efficiency goals. • Proficiency in campaign planning, A/B testi ng, and reporting. • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholde r alignment skills.
