As a Senior Editor , you're the final author of every film's flavor and quality. From high-energy ads and vertical content to founder branding and internal IP, you lead edit tracks, integrate cutting-edge AI workflows, and set craft standards for the entire post-production team. This isn't about just being fast. It's about being the creative decision-maker who transforms good footage into campaigns that brands bet their budgets on. Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership: Lead end-to-end editing on ads, branded campaigns, and vertical-first content Take final ownership of deliverables: pacing, storytelling, color, grade, finish Brainstorm with Creative, Strategy, Design, Production, and Sound teams Make editorial decisions that elevate campaigns from good to exceptional Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior editors, plan reviews, close feedback loops Set craft standards and pace for the post-production team Lead by example in both technical excellence and creative vision Technical Excellence: Implement advanced AI tools and workflows (Runway, Descript, Topaz) for speed and innovation Perform professional color grading in DaVinci Resolve for internal and client work Hit deadlines with clean exports and platform-ready versions across all formats Be on-site at Hyderabad for daily team collaboration Required Skills Technical Mastery: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve (not just proficiency) Strong experience with grading and finishing workflows Hands-on experience with AI tools and willingness to stay ahead of the curve Creative Authority: Proven capability in ads, campaigns, reels, and short-form content with demonstrable results Taste-driven eye for music, rhythm, narrative, and modern content design Ability to make final creative decisions under pressure Leadership Skills: Clear communication and decision-making abilities Experience mentoring junior team members Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams Bonus Points Motion graphics and design sensibilities Experience on large campaigns, OTT, or digital-first shows Ability to lead brainstorms and pitch edit-led concepts Track record of improving team workflows and standards
