Job Description

About the Role:

Performance Lead / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

●     Plan, execute, and manage all digital performance advertising campaigns, including Google Search, Display & Discovery, YouTube, Email Marketing, and Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

 

●     Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess results against goals (ROI and KPIs).

 

●     Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize spend and improve performance.

 

●     Brainstorm and implement new, creative growth strategies.

 

●     Plan, execute, and measure experiments to improve conversions and achieve project ROI.

 

●     Ensure efficient allocation of budget across performance channels.

 

●     Conduct regular conversion rate optimization (CRO) audits, execute A/B tests, and gather user feedback to improve conversion rates across digital assets.

 

●     Set up and optimize Google Ads and social ad campaigns.

 

●     Optimize landing pages and user funnels to drive better performance.

 

●     Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, client servicing, development) for campaign execution and performance improvements.

 

●     Analyze end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.

 

●     Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

 

●     Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption.

 

●     Manage, guide, and mentor the digital performance marketing team, motivating them to achieve targets.

 

Requirements & Skills:

●     6+ years of experience with at least 3 years as a Digital Performance Marketing Lead/Manager or in a similar role (agency experience preferred).

 

●     Proven track record managing ad spend on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, and Google Ads for leads, app downloads, and branding campaigns.

 

●     Strong creative skills and ability to identify target audiences and create engaging digital campaigns.

 

●     Attention to detail with strong time management and team management skills.

 

●     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 

●     Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.).

 

●     Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.

 

●     Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
