Operations Management:

  • Lead the daily administration and operations at Inspire Institute of Sport, ensuring all functions run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the institute’s objectives.
  • Oversee logistics for training sessions, competitions, events, and athlete travel, including scheduling, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Develop and implement administration and operational procedures, optimizing processes across the institute to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the procurement and maintenance of sports equipment, ensuring the institute is always adequately stocked and well-equipped.


Budget and Resource Management:

  • Track expenses, monitor budgets, and propose cost-saving measures while maintaining quality service delivery.
  • Ensure that the procurement process for goods and services is cost-effective and aligns with the institute's strategic priorities.


Strategic Planning and Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership in strategic planning, ensuring that operations align with the long-term vision of Inspire Institute of Sport.
  • Continuously assess existing processes and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce redundancies.


Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure that all operational and administrative functions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations, staffing, and budgets.
  • Address potential risks proactively, providing solutions to mitigate them.


Event Coordination and Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of major events, including training camps, competitions, and other sporting events hosted by the institute.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including sponsors, vendors, and government agencies/officials.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination for events and activities.


Facility and Asset Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of sports facilities, ensuring that all infrastructure is safe and meets high-performance standards.
  • Manage the scheduling and allocation of sports facilities for training, events, and other activities.
  • Coordinate with facility management teams to handle repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.


Athlete and Staff Support:

  • Support athletes/staff by ensuring administrative services are provided in a timely and efficient manner, including training schedules, travel arrangements, accommodation and other operational requirements.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for athletes, coaches, and other stakeholders by addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Operations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations and administration, (ideally in a sports or high-performance training environment preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
