Handle tender management – from web mining, document preparation, and submission through relevant portals to profitability analysis. Manage procurement and vendor coordination for operational requirements. Oversee bill payments, vehicle & insurance renewals, and audits. Draft official letters and coordinate with authorities as per requirements. Manage vendor/client coordination, administrative tasks, and internal communication. Monitor operations, including advertisement space, electricity billing, and media monitoring. Maintain and update MS Excel sheets, PPTs, booking sheets, and availability trackers. Oversee campaign execution, SO generation, and client PO tracking. Support sales and operations for airport media and existing OOH media. Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.   What We’re Looking For Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–5 years of experience in operations, procurement, or tender management. Strong knowledge of tender documentation, vendor management, and process compliance. Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets. Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage operations independently.   Behaviour Organized and detail-oriented – ensures process accuracy and timely delivery.
