About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Senior Operations Executive / Operations Manager to lead and optimize our internal systems and workflows. This role requires strong organizational leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a deep understanding of scalable operational strategies.

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and consistency of business operations, managing process improvements, vendor and client coordination, and enabling smooth interdepartmental functioning to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee daily business operations and optimize internal workflows.

● Develop SOPs, trackers, and standard reporting templates across departments.

● Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, and HR for process alignment.

● Supervise junior operations staff and interns, providing training and task oversight.

● Manage vendor relationships, contract reviews, and negotiation processes.

● Monitor team performance, compliance, and resource utilization.

● Lead operational planning, project implementation, and internal audits.

● Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive efficiency improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 3–6+ years of experience in operations or project management roles.

● Strong understanding of business processes, documentation, and vendor management.

● Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.

● Expertise in Excel, dashboards, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).

● High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.

● Ability to handle ambiguity, multitask, and drive outcomes independently.

Salary - 20,000-40,000 Per Month
