Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support decision-making processes across various departments. This role requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to ensure accurate reporting and efficient data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Coordinate with team leaders and staff for day-to-day performance tracking and reporting
• Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Automate regular reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal work.
• Monitor data integrity and work with relevant teams to resolve inconsistencies.
• Assist in data migration, integration, and cleansing tasks.
• Maintain documentation of data flow processes and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with the Managing Director and Operations Head regarding assigned tasks and the task management system.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Experience with database.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) is an added advantage.
• Understanding of business processes and KPIs in [insert relevant industry, e.g., manufacturing, finance, retail].

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Accuracy and timeliness of reports.
• Reduction in manual reporting tasks.
• User satisfaction with MIS reports and dashboards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
