The ideal candidate will handle outbound/inbound calls, follow up with clients, and support day-to-day office activities including documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities: Telecalling Duties: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Explain products/services and address customer queries. Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships. Record and update customer information accurately. Maintain a professional and friendly tone on calls. Back Office Duties: Data entry and record keeping. Maintain and organize documents (soft & hard copies). Assist in preparing reports, , and presentations. Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow. Handle emails, file management, and basic office correspondence. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate. Good communication skills in English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Pleasant personality and a positive attitude. Preferred Skills: Experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage. Good communication skills in English.
