Job Title: Senior Social Media Executive

Location: Bhopal
Department: Digital Marketing / Branding

Experience : 5-6 Years
CTC:- 25,000- 35,000 /- Month (Negotiable)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Executive with a proven track record in planning and executing social media strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong creative, analytical, and leadership abilities to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and community engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Lead and manage the brand’s social media presence across all relevant platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars with alignment to campaigns, product launches, and business priorities.

Content Supervision

  • Oversee content development (copy, creative, video) and ensure quality, relevance, and brand alignment.
  • Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors for multimedia posts.
  • Review and approve posts before publishing.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, conversion rates.
  • Generate and present weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (boosts, lead gen, awareness, remarketing).
  • Monitor ad performance, manage budgets, and optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with agencies or freelancers if needed.

Team & Collaboration

  • Mentor and support junior executives or interns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams – sales, branding, HR – for campaign coordination.
  • Work with influencers and external PR/media agencies when required.

Community & Crisis Management

  • Ensure prompt response to messages and comments across platforms.
  • Monitor brand mentions and engage with followers.
  • Handle negative feedback or PR situations professionally and timely.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Meta Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual sense.
  • Analytical mindset with reporting and decision-making capability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in video marketing and reels/shorts production.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and content optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional digital campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
