This role requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to ensure accurate reporting and efficient data management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Coordinate with team leaders and staff for day-to-day performance tracking and reporting Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. Automate regular reports and improve reporting efficiency. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal work. Monitor data integrity and work with relevant teams to resolve inconsistencies. Assist in data migration, integration, and cleansing tasks.
