Essential Qualifications:
* Ph.D. + Master’s degree (≥55%)
* Experience: At least 8 years post Master's as an Assistant Professor (excluding Ph.D. time)
* Publications: Minimum of 5 research outputs (books/papers) + evidence of published work
* Additional Contributions: Curriculum development, innovation in teaching, technology integration, doctoral guidance
* CAS Promotion Criteria: 3 years in Level 12, Ph.D., performance grading, and selection committee approval
*Workload: 14 teaching hours/week (reductions for administrative tasks)
* Leadership Roles: Eligibility to become HoD or Dean under certain conditions; involvement in governance
