About the position We are looking for a highly motivated candidate(s) who has exposure to conduct research and project works in areas related to Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Cybersecurity and Cloud domains. The person(s) should have capabilities to take self-initiatives and must be quick learner and team player. This is a Research & Development (R&D) related role where the prospect would be required to work on several research and project works in the domains of Artificial Intelligence/ Analytics/Data Science/Cybersecurity/Cloud and other related technologies. The major expectation from this role is to publish good quality research papers and support the teams working to get research/project funding. The prospect will coordinate with different teams and manage and record all the activities. Job Role and Responsibilities Job responsibilities associated with this role are below: 1. Conducting research, publishing/presenting research papers in reputed journals/conferences. 2. Supporting the teams in writing and submitting research proposals to external agencies for funding. 3. Managing all the research and development activities within the RACE. 4. Leading the teams working on different funded/sponsored projects. 5. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for research-oriented courses and should have ability to create problems to assess the skills of a professional. 6. Leading various types of hackathons and competitions in Artificial Intelligence and, Analytics/Cybersecurity domains. 7. Supporting researchers and project developers in their R&D activities. 8. Properly maintaining the records and artefacts of all the above-mentioned activities and work as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) to present the same and make it available as per the needs. 9. Creating high-quality contents and learning materials of professional standards. Qualifications, Experience and Skills Qualifications : M. Tech in Computer Science or similar Post-Graduation Degree. PhDs also can apply. Note: i. Applicants from Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Cybersecurity backgrounds will be preferred. ii. The prospect must have good exposure to research publications. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of Research/Industry/Academic experience in the relevant domain. Job Role and Responsibilities: Program Co-ordinator We are seeking a Junior Program Coordinator - Student Success and LMS Specialist for a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru. In this role, you will oversee the student success process, including onboarding, advising, and retention efforts, and manage the LMS system to track student progress, engagement, and data analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including admissions, marketing, and academics, to provide excellent student support. Smoothen the academic delivery process and ensure to adhere to schedules. Coordinate with industry trainers to create best in class learning materials. Follow-up with industry trainers for assessments, conduct of examinations and grading. Interact and execute the certification programs with various learning partners. Responsible for final certification and convocation Support faculty to ensure that participant's learning outcomes are met and a high level of satisfaction is maintained Be the first point contact for participants, troubleshoot queries and manage discussions Assist program director in planning on campus sessions, preparing schedules, evaluation, grading and coordinating with faculty (including senior professionals from the industry).
