The incumbent will be responsible for academic teaching, research, mentoring, and contributing to institutional development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Teach Finance and related management subjects at postgraduate level (MBA/PGDM). Guide students in research projects and internships. Develop curriculum, deliver lectures, and conduct assessments as per AICTE/SPPU norms. Participate in departmental meetings, academic audits, and accreditation activities. Contribute to research publications, seminars, and conferences. Eligibility Criteria (As per AICTE/SPPU/UGC Norms): Qualification: Ph.D. in Management / Finance discipline from a recognized University. Experience: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience of which at least 2 years should be post-Ph.D. Publications: At least 2 research publications in UGC / Scopus / ABDC indexed journals. Skills Required: Strong academic and analytical background in Finance. Expertise in Financial Management, Investment Analysis, Accounting, and related domains. Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills. Research and publication proficiency.
