Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive who will not only generate qualified leads but also manage and guide the telecalling team to ensure consistent business growth. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills to convert prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

• Identify, research, and qualify new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Nurture client relationships and schedule meetings for senior management/sales team.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.

Telecalling Team Management

• Supervise, train, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Allocate leads and monitor calling activities to ensure productivity and quality.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/feedback.
• Prepare MIS reports on telecalling performance, lead conversion, and team progress.
• Ensure adherence to scripts, calling guidelines, and professionalism during client interactions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, with at least 1 year of team-handling experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (English & Hindi proficiency preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Advance MS Excel, and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
