The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for skincare, haircare, and personal care products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (cosmetics/FMCG preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of cosmetic industry trends and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
