Senior Social Media Executive

With specialized divisions like India News Communications, Macaw, First Take, and Digital War Room, we serve government, corporate, and institutional clients through innovative and result-driven communication strategies.

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Senior Social Media Executive to lead digital storytelling, manage brand presence, and execute high-impact social media campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with campaign and brand objectives.
• Plan monthly content calendars, posts, and promotional activities.
• Stay updated on trends, platforms, and audience insights.
• Content Creation & Management
• Coordinate with the design and copy teams for post, reel, and video ideation.
• Ensure content quality, relevance, and alignment with brand tone.
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across all social media handles.
• Performance Tracking & Analysis
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth).
• Generate weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements.
• Implement feedback and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Brand Engagement & Coordination
• Manage client and internal brand pages with consistent engagement.
• Coordinate influencer tie-ups, campaign collaborations, and event coverage.
• Ensure timely execution of digital activities and creative deliverables.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of major platforms – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
• Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and trends
• Team player with time management and multitasking ability

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• Minimum 3 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in a social media or digital marketing role (agency experience preferred)
