Office Timings: 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Reports To: CEO

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior MIS Executive with strong analytical, reporting, and automation skills. The candidate should be capable of independently designing, developing, and maintaining advanced dashboards and financial reports. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Zoho One, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), with a solid understanding of financial reporting and business analytics. You will be responsible for building real-time dashboards, automating data processes, and generating daily, monthly, and yearly reports to support top management in effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial & Accounting Reports

• Prepare and maintain ageing reports, payables, receivables, and daily expenditure summaries.

• Track daily collections (cash & bank) and reconcile financial transactions.

• Generate client-wise monthly and yearly sales reports.

• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and expense analysis.

2. Dashboard Development & Automation

• Design and manage interactive dashboards in Zoho One, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Excel.

• Automate reporting workflows using Google Apps Script, Zoho Analytics, and API integrations.

• Integrate multiple data sources (CRM, accounts, inventory) into unified dashboards.

• Ensure data accuracy and real-time synchronization across systems.

3. Inventory & Procurement

• Monitor inventory movement and identify inactive or slow-moving items.

• Track purchase orders, vendor performance, and supply chain efficiency.

4. Sales & Performance Monitoring

• Maintain sales dashboards, analyze client performance and sales trends, and evaluate marketing ROI.

• Manage lead tracking and sales reporting through Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.

5. HR & Project Tracking

• Prepare MIS reports for attendance, payroll, KPIs, and training activities.

• Track project timelines, milestones, and task completion through dashboards and MIS systems.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or a related field.

Skills Required

Technical Skills:

• Zoho One (CRM, Books, Analytics)

• Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)

• Advanced Google Sheets / Advance E

• Google Apps Script & API Integration

• Database Management & Automation

Analytical Skills:

• Strong data analysis, interpretation, and visualization capabilities.

Accounting Knowledge:

• Understanding of financial statements, reconciliation, and standard reporting formats.

Communication & Coordination:

• Excellent reporting, presentation, and cross-department collaboration skills.
