About the Role

We are looking to hire a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior MIS Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Lead MIS and Finance Manager, this role is responsible for managing data systems, analysing key metrics, and supporting strategic decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will lead MIS initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a vital role in maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data dashboards and MIS tools across departments.
• Collect, validate, and update data from multiple business systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Analyse business performance data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Monitor and support day-to-day operations of ERP systems and other business tools.
• Conduct periodic review meetings with division heads to present key observations and suggest improvements.
• Prepare and present data summaries and reports to senior management.
• Ensure all data processes comply with company policies and data security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) with focus on system operations.
• Good understanding of business systems and database management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Additional Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production data activities including status updates, job tracking, and system documentation.
• Validate and monitor team productivity data to ensure timely availability and accuracy.
• Perform variance analysis to reconcile discrepancies between planned and actual figures.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operational data flow and reporting consistency.
• Uphold all internal data compliance protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
