Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and operating systems ( Windows /Mac OS Work in Linux is a Plus ). Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching. Support LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations. Provide Level 1/2 support for system and network-related tickets. Apply updates, patches, and security configurations as needed. Assist in implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery systems. Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and migrations. Document configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ years of experience in a System or Network Engineer role. Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs). Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux environments. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
