Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Perungudi, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to expand our market presence and contribute to the achievement of strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics regularly.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct outbound and cold calling as a key part of lead generation and client acquisition efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and capability to build lasting relationships.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
