Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of professional experience in business development or customer relationship management. The candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, handling documentation, conducting meetings, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and build strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Perform lead generation through various channels and follow up to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Prepare and manage business documents, proposals, and presentations.
• Plan and arrange business travel and client meetings.
• Organize, schedule, and conduct client and internal meetings and discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with business solutions.
• Understand client needs and provide timely solutions to enhance business opportunities.
• Assist in market research to identify new business avenues.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and business activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Relationship Management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations.
• Comfortable with business travel and meeting clients as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Result-oriented with a passion for business growth and customer success.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
