Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive (Preferably Male) to join our expanding team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in B2B or IT product sales, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct meetings to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Pitch company products and prepare customized proposals.
  • Send and follow up on client proposals to close deals.
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor information to identify improvements.
  • Maintain accurate client databases and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle revenue management and provide timely reporting to seniors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or field marketing (IT or B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English & Hindi.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a competitive environment.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and CRM tools.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹2 – ₹6 LPA (based on experience, city, and company standards)
  • Travelling Allowance: ₹5,000/month (with valid bills)
  • Hotel Stay & Daily Allowance: As per designation
