About Spacelines

SpaceLines is a slow-fashion house redefining everyday luxury with an eco-savvy edge. Established in 2022, we’ve carved a niche with conscious design and bold storytelling. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Senior Merchandiser to manage our product lifecycle from inventory planning to marketplace promotion. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of order management, digital platforms, and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

Order & Inventory Management

  • Oversee and manage all customer orders end-to-end, ensuring timely fulfillment and smooth coordination between warehouse, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Track and maintain fabric inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for upcoming collections.
  • Monitor and manage end to end production, QC and delivery timelines.

Product Promotion & PR Support

  • Collaborate with the PR and Marketing teams to execute product promotion campaigns and brand collaborations.
  • Work closely on photo shoots, content planning, and influencer campaigns to ensure product visibility.
  • Assist in aligning merchandising with brand storytelling and marketing calendars.

Digital Listings & Marketplace Management

  • Create and maintain accurate product listings on the website and marketplaces.
  • Optimize product descriptions, pricing, and categorization for better discoverability and conversions.
  • Conduct regular audits of listings to ensure quality control and branding consistency.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, RTO, and exchange trends.
  • Generate actionable insights to improve conversions, reduce returns, and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Support decision-making by preparing periodic dashboards and reports for leadership.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of merchandising experience with a fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brand.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, online marketplaces, and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience with tools like Shopify, and other marketplace dashboards is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
