Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product lines, developing merchandising strategies, coordinating with suppliers and customers, ensuring product quality, and adhering to deadlines. The role requires overseeing inventory management, conducting market analysis, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. The Senior Merchandiser will collaborate closely with various departments to maintain seamless operations. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales, Retail, and Marketing Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with various stakeholders Excellent organizational and analytical skills Proven track record of successful merchandising in a similar role Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area Familiarity with the jute industry is a plus
