About the Role

Media Buyer

Key Responsibilities

Own the Paid Growth Strategy
for assigned clinics: market sizing, offer positioning, channel mix, and experimentation roadmap.
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on
Meta (Lead/Conversion)
and
Google (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube)
across multiple cities.
Build
keyword/audience
strategies, write high‑converting ad copies & hooks; brief & review creatives.
Implement accurate
conversion tracking
(Pixels, GTM, GA4), set up
offline conversions
(GCLID/FBCLID/Lead ID) and CRM routing (TeleCRM/Zoho/WhatsApp).
Daily optimization: bids, budgets, placements, negatives, frequency, and
A/B testing
.
Drive
CRO
on landing pages (load speed, trust signals, forms, CTA hierarchy) with web/design.
Maintain clean
SOPs & naming conventions
; ship weekly reports with
CPL, CPA, ROAS, bookings
.
Ensure
policy & privacy
compliance for healthcare verticals.
Collaborate with CSMs & Sales to improve
lead quality → appointment → show‑ups
.

Must‑Have Skills

Proven hands‑on Meta & Google Ads experience with
lead‑gen at scale
.
Strong analytics: explain movements in
CTR/CVR/CPL/CPA
with data and clear next actions.
GA4, GTM, Pixel
implementation, UTM hygiene, Sheets/Excel proficiency.
Clear communication, speed, and multi‑account prioritization.
Healthcare performance marketing
exposure is a big plus.
TeleCRM/Zoho, call tracking, WhatsApp flow automation.
Basic CRO (Hotjar/Clarity insights, form tests),
n8n/Zapier
exposure, basic HTML.
Tamil proficiency (many clients are TN‑based).
