Senior Media Buyer

As a Senior Media Buyer at Katyayani Organics, you will be responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives across paid channels to drive impactful campaigns with a focus on ROI. Your role will involve planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, analyzing data for insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in online marketing strategies and a proven track record in managing successful paid ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media platforms. - Manage budget allocations and forecasts to maximize return on investment. - Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvements. - Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. - Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to maintain brand consistency. - Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. - Proven expertise in managing large-scale paid ad campaigns with successful ROAS. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad platforms. - Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and project management skills.
