Job Description Technical Support & Issue Resolution Provide first-level support for user queries related to systems, applications, and network connectivity. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software issues within defined SLAs. Ensure minimal downtime through timely response to incidents and service requests. Infrastructure Management Administer installation, configuration, and maintenance of: Desktops, laptops, printers, scanners Wi-Fi access points, data cards, hotspots, NAS devices EPABX, PA systems, Chromecast, and other IT peripherals Oversee upkeep and preventive maintenance of servers, broadband lines, CCTVs/DVRs, and leased lines (Airtel, Tikona, Spectranet, Connect).
