Job Description Social Media Strategy & Growth Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement and follower base. Optimize posting schedules based on audience insights. Implement growth hacking techniques like collaborations, influencer outreach, and trending content. Content Creation & Posting Create engaging reels, carousels, stories, and captions tailored for each platform. Work with the design team to ensure visually appealing content. Write thought leadership posts to position the brand as an industry leader. Leverage user-generated content (UGC) and case studies. Community Management Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and polls. Build relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders. Monitor brand mentions and respond to queries proactively. Analytics & Performance Tracking Track key metrics like engagement rates, follower growth, and post-performance. Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Optimize strategy based on data-driven insights. Paid & Organic Growth Strategies Work with the marketing team to run LinkedIn & Instagram ad campaigns. Optimize paid campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversions. Identify and leverage trending topics and hashtags. Collaboration & Brand Building Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, sales) for seamless execution. Partner with industry influencers & pages to boost visibility. Plan and execute giveaways, contests, and engagement campaigns. Requirements Proven record of boosting organic LinkedIn and Instagram followers and engagement. Hands-on experience in community building and reputation management. Strong understanding of social media trends & algorithms. Experience in content creation (reels, long-form, short-form, infographics, carousels). Good communication skills & cultural fit. Preferred: Agency experience (B2C experience is a plus).
