We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with strong expertise in YouTube content creation, Instagram Reels production, and short-form video storytelling. The ideal candidate will develop engaging video content, manage social channels, optimize video performance, and support brand growth through high-impact digital strategies. Key Responsibilities Plan, script, shoot, and edit YouTube videos, ensuring high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines. Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and platform-native content optimized for virality. Manage end-to-end video production, including storyboarding, filming, editing, motion graphics, and publishing. Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and metadata management for YouTube. Monitor analytics across YouTube and Instagram to track performance and improve content strategy. Stay updated on social media trends, video formats, trending audio, and platform algorithm changes. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to drive consistent messaging and brand positioning. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all video assets. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in video creation, including filming, editing, and post-production. Strong knowledge of YouTube content strategy, channel management, and analytics tools. Expertise in Instagram Reels creation and understanding of short-form content trends. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Canva, VN, Insta Reels, Youtube Studio etc). Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify and communicate ideas visually. Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva) preferred. Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Note: This is a permanent role and work from office profile.
